Here's how we say "Thank You" to all our current patients who send their friends and family our way!

For each new patient who comes in for an appointment and says your name as referring them, we will give you a $25 Gas Card!

There is no limit, so if you get two or more people to come into our offices, you will receive payment for all of them.
